Welcome to Tech for Coaches. By using this website, this domain or any of its subdomains, and engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or its services.


1. Service Overview

Tech for Coaches provides online support, tools, digital products, and coaching-related services to help coaches build and grow their online presence and business.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Booking and Cancellations

All scheduled calls and sessions must be booked through our designated system or by direct communication. If you need to cancel or reschedule a call, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be eligible for a reschedule or refund. Rescheduling is permitted as long as it is requested more than 24 hours before the appointment.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases made through Tech for Coaches are final.

We do not offer refunds for digital products, services, or coaching sessions once purchased. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. We accept credit cards and other digital payment methods through our website’s payment gateway, including Stripe and PayPal.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to digital products, videos, templates, designs, and written material, is the intellectual property of Tech for Coaches and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without explicit written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Any information shared in private coaching sessions, emails, or within our platforms will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except where required by law.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

9. User Conduct

You agree to use our services respectfully and professionally. Harassment, abusive language, spamming, or disruptive behavior in any of our forums, calls, or communities may result in immediate removal without refund.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through informal negotiations first. If necessary, the matter will be submitted to mediation in Costa Rica before any court proceedings.

11. Disclaimer of Results

Tech for Coaches does not guarantee any specific results. Outcomes depend on your individual effort, application of strategies, and external factors beyond our control.

12. Subscription Terms

If you purchase a subscription-based product or service, you agree to the recurring billing schedule as stated at checkout. You may cancel any future billing at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, or governmental restrictions.

14. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use external platforms such as Kajabi, Zoom, and others. We are not responsible for service disruptions or data breaches caused by third-party providers.

15. Marketing & Testimonials

By sharing feedback or testimonials, you grant us permission to use your words, image, or results in our marketing materials, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

16. Non-Compete

Clients may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose our materials to create competing services or programs without prior written permission.

17. Client Responsibility

In order to provide a high quality of service, clients must have basic knowledge of, ownership over, and access to the systems and tools that will be discussed or implemented during the engagement. This includes email platforms, websites, scheduling tools, and social media accounts.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
