Terms & Conditions – 1 Full Year Tech Support Program

1. What this offer is

This is a 1-year support program that gives you access to up to 50 private 30-minute support calls.
Calls focus on business strategy, systems, tech setup, funnels, automation, and operations.

This is coaching and support, not done-for-you services.


2. What this offer is NOT:

- Not legal advice
- Not financial or tax advice
- Not medical or mental health advice
- Not a guarantee of income, profit, or business success
- All decisions and actions you take are your responsibility.


3. How calls work

- Each call is 30 minutes
- Maximum of 2 calls per week
- Calls must be booked in advance
- Calls are only available based on calendar availability
- Unused calls do not roll over beyond the 12-month term
- The program expires 12 months after purchase, even if not all calls are used


4. Who delivers the calls

Calls may be handled by the program owner or a trained employee or contractor, including (but not limited to):

- Schedule overlap
- Holidays
- Time off
- Topic complexity
All team members are trained to the same standards.


5. Being late or missing a call

- If you cancel within 24 hours of the call, 1 call is deducted
- If you are 10 minutes late or more, the call may be treated as cancelled and 1 call is deducted
- There are no refunds or reschedules for missed or late calls


6. Rescheduling

- You may reschedule more than 24 hours in advance at no cost

- Reschedules must follow calendar availability

- Last-minute changes are not guaranteed


7. Fair use policy

This program is for reasonable, professional use.
We may limit or pause access if there is:

- Abuse of booking system
- Excessive cancellations
- Disrespectful behavior
- Attempts to bypass program limits


8. Guarantee & refunds

You may request a refund after 2 completed calls if you feel the program is not valuable.

Refund details:

- Refund covers the program price minus 10% transaction fees
- Refunds are only available after exactly 2 completed calls
- No refunds after the 3rd call
- Refund requests must be made in writing


9. Payments & failed payments

- Full payment or payment plan must be completed
- Missed or failed payments may result in paused access
- Payment plans are a commitment, not a subscription
- All prices are shown before purchase


10. Technology limitations

We are not responsible for:

- Internet outages
- Software bugs
- Platform changes (Kajabi, Zapier, n8n, Stripe, etc.)
- Third-party tool downtime or pricing changes
You are responsible for your own accounts and access.


11. No results promise

We do not promise:

- Revenue growth
- Client results
- Time savings
- Business success
- Results depend on your effort, decisions, and execution.


12. Confidentiality

Your business information will be treated as confidential.
However, confidentiality does not apply to:

- Information already public
- Information shared with consent
- Legal requirements


13. Call recording

Calls may be recorded for:

- Quality control
- Training
- Internal review

By joining, you agree to this.


14. Termination

We may end access without refund if there is:

- Abuse
- Harassment

- Illegal activity
- Violation of these terms

You may stop using the program at any time, but payments remain due.


15. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including:

Illness
- Natural disasters
- Power outages
- Platform failures


16. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the country or state where the business is registered.
